Editing Techniques-Split Screen
In our music video we are thinking of using the editing technique of split screen which will allow us to show our whole band surrounded by different sceanries. Also this shows our indie band as being different and standing out from the mainstream with is a huge feature of the indie genre.
We have developed this idea from the Plain White T's song Hey There Deliah which shows the band in a three way split screen which can add many features to our narrative.
